Dr. Kenneth Vandervoort Jr.
Dr. Kenneth Vandervoort Jr. is a native of Anniston, Alabama and graduate of the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. During his years at Alabama, he was a linebacker on the Crimson Tide football team. He later received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2012. While in dental school, Dr. Vandervoort was active in the Christian Medical Ministries of Alabama and completed dental mission trips to Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
In 2013, Dr. Vandervoort completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the Foundry Dental Center in Bessemer, AL. It was here that he received additional training and excelled in the fields of implant dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Vandervoort followed a long time calling to military service in 2014, earning a commission in the United States Navy. He completed Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL Training (BUDS) to become a US Navy SEAL. He completed multiple combat deployments to the Middle East and a counter-narcotic deployment to Central and South America.
Dr. Vandervoort and his wife, Walton, have three children, Mac, Buddy, and Polly. He enjoys coaching his children in a variety of sports and spending time as a family outdoors. He is passionate about raising Godly children who understand their identity in Jesus Christ. Dr. Vandervoort serves as a member of the Guntersville City Board of Education and on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Alabama Leadership Board.The Vandervoorts are proud to serve the communities of northeast Alabama through Patriot Dental.
Dr. Brandon White
Dr. Brandon White is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care with a focus on helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile. He enjoys building lasting relationships with his patients while delivering high-quality treatment tailored to their individual needs.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Dr. White earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, where he served as an active leader with Impact Auburn, a student organization dedicated to serving the community through volunteer projects. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2026.
During his clinical training, Dr. White developed a passion for cosmetic dentistry and enjoyed helping patients improve both the appearance and function of their smiles. He also has a strong interest in implant dentistry and appreciates the life-changing opportunities dental implants provide for patients replacing missing teeth.
Outside the office, Dr. White enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Macy Glassco White, a Guntersville native whom he met while attending dental school at UAB. They are proud to call Northeast Alabama home and are active members of First Baptist Church Guntersville, where their faith continues to guide their lives and service to others.
When he's not caring for patients, Dr. White enjoys spending time with their dog, Rosie, being outdoors, and taking advantage of everything the Lake Guntersville area has to offer. Having grown up spending weekends in Orange Beach, he also enjoys both saltwater and freshwater fishing, along with deer and duck hunting.
